essentia environments is probably one of the very few, if not the only company in the NCR region, offering the fit-outs to large corporate or MNC clients on a lease basis. under the lease agreement, the ownership of the fit-outs remains with essentia thereby allowing the clients to expense the entire rental amount against the fit-outs. the standard fit-outs lease agreement has a six year lock-in for which an extended warranty can be offered. this ensures a completely hassle-free operations during the lock-in period and allows the facility manager to focus on other relevant issues.
